Dear Fellow Mum

Dear Fellow Mum
Dear Fellow Mum,

You are the ultimate gatekeeper of nutrition for your family. What you buy, how you cook, and the foods that you eat or refuse to eat send strong messages about food to your child. The best way to educate your child about nutrition and health, and as a result to have a vibrant family is to model good behaviour.

At Vitamin L, we first work on getting YOUR nourishment right for you by focusing on a personalised plan to help you achieve your ideal weight and increase your energy. We incorporate whole foods into your everyday life through cooking demonstrations, a health food store tour and realistic, practical meal creations designed to fit into your lifestyle.

We work to establish the right habits that will empower you to be healthy and strong, and my favourite with a healthy glow.

Next comes the family. Children today face an increasing number of nutrition problems, including fragmented eating habits, poor choices and obesity. Marla will support the family in a step by step program to try new foods and recipes and involve the children in the family to create enthusiasm and appreciation, setting you up for a lifetime of optimal health.

I struggled with my weight for years. It took me a looooooong time to learn that diets don’t work. It was only when, almost by accident I stopped restricting myself and started to eat the foods I thought were “bad” for me, but were closer to my blood type that I reached my ideal weight, without too much effort.

I understand the challenges we face as busy parents today........the demands of juggling part time work, a busy family and an attempt at a social life ☺. It can be done and I can show you how. I genuinely believe that the best gift we can give our children is to do everything in our power to instill good healthy habits.

I am amazingly passionate about healthy families. If you feel the same way.... that your family’s health is important enough to devote some effort to get right, please contact me to arrange an initial consultation.

To good health,

Marla
